Owner of the website
pearsonspecterbcn.com is the website of Pearson Specter, a trade name whose holding company is currently being incorporated in Barcelona (Spain). Its corporate details (company name, tax number, registered office and registry data) will be published on this page, as required by Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), as soon as it is registered. In the meantime you can contact us through our contact page.
Nature of the activity
Pearson Specter is a consultancy. It is not a credit institution or an investment firm authorised by the Spanish National Securities Market Commission (CNMV). Investment services are provided by duly authorised entities, legal services by qualified lawyers and statutory audits by auditors registered with the ROAC, all from our associate firms and identified in each case. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, a solicitation or a personal recommendation regarding any financial instrument.
Intellectual property
The name, logotype, texts and design of this website belong to Pearson Specter or are used with permission. Their reproduction, distribution or modification without prior written consent is not allowed.
Liability
The information on this website is general and may change without notice. Pearson Specter is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of it, nor for the content of external websites linked from it.
Applicable law
This notice is governed by Spanish law. The courts of Barcelona shall have jurisdiction, save where the law provides otherwise.

What data we process and why
Only the data you send us through the contact form (name, email address, phone number if you give it, area of interest and message), in order to answer your enquiry and, if you ask us to, arrange a meeting. We do not use it to send you advertising.
Legal basis
Your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You may withdraw it at any time; doing so does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and, afterwards, for the periods required by law. If no relationship follows, we delete it within twelve months.
Who receives it
No one, unless required by law. Hostinger, our hosting and email provider established in the European Union, processes it on our behalf under a data-processing agreement. We do not transfer your data outside the European Economic Area.
Automated decisions and minors
We make no automated decisions or profiles with your data. This website is not aimed at children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Your rights
You may access, rectify or erase your data, object to or restrict its processing, request its portability and withdraw your consent, through our contact page. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
